One of the founding partners of M&S LAW ISTANBUL, Att. Özgür MOUSTAFA was born in the year 1979 in Bursa and is a member of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority in Greece.
He started his studies in Munich, Germany at the Ludwig Maximillians University’s Law School and then proceeded to finish at Yeditepe Law School. Additionally, he has completed degrees in Banking and Insurance, Business, Cultural Heritage and Tourism at Anadolu University. Currently he continues his studies of theology.
After having completed internships in the legal and administrative departments of foreign, international and multinational institutions such as the German Bundestag in Berlin, the Representation of the European Commission in Munich, the German Italian Chamber of Commerce in Milan and the Permanent Delegation of Germany to UNESCO in Paris, Attorney Ozgur Moustafa, who works especially with German clients, has laid the foundations of M & S LAW ISTANBUL law firm with Attorney Duygu Seymen.
Attorney Özgür Moustafa has participated in various professional development seminars such as “Children’s Rights”, “Women’s Rights and Domestic Violence”, “Discrimination Based on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity” and received various certificates.
Member of the Human Rights Centre, Disability Rights Center and Foreign Relations Center of the Istanbul Bar Association.
Attorney Ozgur Moustafa has mastered the German language at the native level and is fluent in English, Italian and French at the same level.
